PSF 2021 , regulament in limba romana
PS Academy of Music organizează în perioada 5 august - 7 august 2021,
PREPARING STARS INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL 2021
Obiectivul festivalului este de a selecta și promova tinerele talente în finalizarea unui act artistic complet; în stimularea spiritului de competiție, comunicare și fair-play în rândul participanților. Festivalul este deschis tuturor copiilor și tinerilor cu vârste cuprinse între 5-30 de ani de la grădinițe, școli, palate / cluburi de copii (de stat sau private) atât din România, cât și din străinătate.
PROGRAMUL FESTIVALULUI *:
Joi, 5 august: sosirea invitaților și a membrilor juriului
Vineri, 6 august: Prima zi a concursului
Sâmbătă, 7 august: A doua zi a concursului
Gala festivalului
* în funcție de numărul de participanți, organizatorii își rezervă dreptul de a aduce modificări minore programului
CATEGORII (fiecare categorie este notată individual de jurati)
A. PIESA ÎN LIMBA MATERNĂ:
5-6; 7-8; 9 - 10; 11-12; 13-14; 15-16; 17-18; 19-30.
B. PIESA ÎN LIMBA STRĂINĂ:
5-6; 7-8; 9 - 10; 11-12; 13-14; 15-16; 17-18; 19-30.
C. MUSICAL
5-6; 7-8; 9 - 10; 11-12; 13-14; 15-16; 17-18; 19-30.
D. FOLCLOR:
5-6; 7-8; 9 - 10; 11-12; 13-14; 15-16; 17-18; 19-30.
E. SHOW:
La secțiunea SHOW, grupuri vocale (până la 5 persoane), cu o melodie în orice stil muzical, care nu va depăși 4 minute, și care prin prestația lor, vor putea susține un spectacol special. Concurenții din secțiunea SHOW vor efectua momente care conțin elementele unui SHOW: temă, costume, coregrafie.
F. DANS: Această secțiune este pentru dansatori individuali sau grupuri de până la 6 persoane. Orice stil de dans, care durează până la 4 minute (melodie sau colaj de cântece), este acceptat.
!!!!!! Toți concurenții vor cânta pe scenă cu suport instrumental audio. Melodiile alese de concurenții acestor secțiuni pot proveni din orice fel de repertoriu, dar ar trebui să se potrivească pe cât posibil cu vârsta și posibilitățile vocale și interpretative ale copiilor, ele avand o durată maximă de 4 minute.
Organizatorii își rezervă dreptul de a stabili numărul de concurenți admiși la festival și ordinea de participare la concurs.
Toți concurenții - soliști și grupuri vor interpreta live pe scenă atât în concurs, cât și în gală; prezența câștigătorilor în gală este obligatorie.
Toți concurenții trebuie să respecte regulile si programul festivalului.
Laureații care nu vor fi prezenți la gală nu își vor putea ridica premiile.
Orice abatere de la aceste reguli poate duce la eliminarea concurentului din concurs.
Concurenților nu li se permite în niciun fel să deranjeze membrii juriului înainte, în timpul sau după concurs.
Fotografiile și videoclipurile oficiale ale spectacolelor vor fi postate pe paginile oficiale ale organizatorilor.
PREMII
Trofeele și premiile 1, 2 și 3 vor fi acordate pentru fiecare categorie de vârstă. Organizatorii, în funcție de categorii, își rezervă dreptul de a dubla sau tripla unele premii. De asemenea, în funcție de valoarea spectacolelor artistice, vor fi acordate mențiuni speciale și premii.
TROFEUL FESTIVALUL PREPARING STARS va fi câștigat de concurentul cu cea mai mare medie, indiferent de categoria de vârstă și care prin evoluția sa a impresionat în special juriul.
JURIUL
Juriul va fi compus din specialiști din domeniile care alcătuiesc artistul perfect: muzica, actorie, media și coregrafie. Prestația va fi notată cu puncte de la 50 la 100. Criteriile de evaluare sunt: calitățile vocale, transmisie, expresivitate, dicție, interpretare artistică, mișcare scenică, originalitate.
Fiecare jurat va puncta din punctul de vedere al domeniului pe care îl reprezintă. Nota finală va rezulta din acumularea tuturor notelor juraților, împărțită la numărul lor.
Deciziile juriului sunt irevocabile și nu pot fi atacate.
CUM SE FACE INSCRIEREA ?
PASUL 1 : ne trimiti un email la ps4academy@gmail.com , care va conține următoarele*:
1. Instrumental al piesei, în format MP3
2. Fisa de inscriere - completata corect și complet, cu semnătură
3. Copie certificat de naștere sau act de identitate
4. Fotografii color format bust JPG (3-5 fotografii)
5. Scurtă biografie a participantului
PASUL 2 : verificam daca ne-ai trimis tot ceea ce era necesar si iti trimitem datele necesare efectuarii platii
PASUL 3 : achiti taxa de festival pana la data de 15 iulie si ne trimiti prin email dovada platii .
* Prin trimiterea acestor materiale, sunteți de acord ca PREGATIM STARURI SRL să utilizeze numele și imaginea concurentului pentru a-l promova pe blog și pe paginile oficiale ale concursului.
TAXĂ DE ÎNREGISTRARE: 200 lei / categorie
Termenul limită pentru depunerea materialelor este 08.07.2021
Materialele trimise nu sunt returnabile.

PS Academy of Music organizes between August 5 - August 7, 2021,
PREPARING STARS INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL.
The objective of the festival is to select and promote young talents in completing a complete artistic act; in stimulating the spirit of competition, communication and fair play among the participants. The festival is open to all children and young people aged 5-30 from kindergartens, schools, palaces / clubs of children (state or private) both in Romania and abroad.
THE PROGRAM OF THE FESTIVAL* :

Saturday, august 7: The second day of the contest

* depending on the number of participants, organizers reserve the right to make minor changes to the program

A. SONG IN NATIVE LANGUAGE :

B . SONG IN THE FOREIGN LANGUAGE :

E. SHOW :
At the show section, vocal groups (up to 5 people), with a song in any musical style, which will not exceed 4 minutes, and who through their performance, will be able to perform a special show. Competitors from the SHOW section will perform moments contain the elements of a SHOW: theme, costume, choreography.
F. DANCE : This section is for individual dancers or groups of up to 6 people. Any style of dance, lasting up to 4 minutes (melody or collage of songs), is accepted.
All contestants will perform on stage with negative on audio support. The songs chosen by the competitors of these sections may be from any kind of repertoire, but should as far as possible match the age and children's vocal and interpretative possibilities, with a maximum duration of 4 minutes .
The organizers reserve the right to determine the number of competitors admitted to the festival and the order of entry into the contest.
All competitors - soloists and groups will live on stage both in the contest and in the gala; the presence of winners in the gala is mandatory, otherwise they will not be able to claim their prizes.
All competitors must observe the rules, the program of the festival, not to damage the goods in the performance room & stage, to present an appropriate stage arrangement both on the day of the contest and at the gala.
Laureates who will not be present at the gala will not be able to raise their prizes.
Any deviation from these rules may result in the competitor being eliminated from the contest.
Competitors in any way are not allowed to disturb jury members before, during, or after the contest.
Official photos & videos of the performances will be posted on the official pages of the organizers .
AWARDS
The trophies and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes will be awarded for each age category. The organizers, depending on the categories, reserve the right to double or triple some prizes. Also, depending on the value of artistic performances, special mentions and prizes will be awarded.
The PREPARING STARS FESTIVAL TROPHY will be won by the highest average competitor regardless of the age category, and which through its evolution impressed the jury in particular.
THE JURY
The jury will be composed of specialists from the fields that make up the perfect star: singing, artistic, media and choreography. The competition will be marked with grades 50 to 100. The judging criteria are: vocal qualities, voice transmission, stamp, diction, artistic interpretation, scenic movement, originality.
Each juror will point out from the point of view of the domain he represents. The final mark will result from the accumulation of all the jurors' notes, divided by their number.
The decisions of the jury are irrevocable and can not be appealed.
FESTIVAL PACKAGE
The cost of festival ( without the fee ), is 260 euro / pers, and includes : 4 nights at hotel with half board- buffet .
HOW TO REGISTER?
STEP 1: You will send an email to ps4academy@gmail.com, which will contains the following *:
1. Instrumental of the song, in MP3 format
2. Registration form - completed correctly and completely, with signature
3. Copy of birth certificate or identity document
4. JPG bust color photos (3-5 photos)
5. Short biography of the participant
STEP 2: we will check that you have sent us everything we need and send you the necessary data to make the payments
STEP 3: pay the festival fee by July 15 and email us proof of payment.
* By sending these materials, you agree that PREGATIM STARURI SRL use the name and the image of the competitor to promote it on the blog and the official pages of the contest.

REGISTRATION UNTIL DECEMBER 7, 12 o'clock !!!
The International Preparing Stars Festival organizes the first ONLINE WINTER EDITION contest! 
All participants will receive diplomas & (prizes 1,2,3, category trophy) at home , in January, 2021 !!!!
